I wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the
conversation we had last night. It was probably the deepest, most
profound conversation I’ve had with another person in years. I
remember when I was falling asleep and when I woke up this morning, I
shed some tears, because for the first time in forever, I really saw
what was going on inside of me.  I think I’m on way to making some

I felt like shit earlier today for various reasons, and felt so disconnected
that I was almost on the verge of tears.

I called my sister and spoke for 2 hours. It was the realest conversation
that I have ever had with her and we connected on a deep level. We have
always been close, but we have never had that level of connection before.
At the end of the call I told her that I loved her which I have never told her
before.

I just wanted to say from the bottom of my heart, thanks for teaching me
what you have so far, especially the parts about being myself and connecting
with people.
